I’ve started here nearly a dozen times over the years. It’s a regular stop for us on road trips to FL. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The fitness center is surprisingly top-notch for a hotel in this class. But charging for parking now? Come on. That part feels like I’m being nickled and dimed. I may have to reconsider my hotel options when traveling next year.
Nice clean comfortable hotel near I-95 and Tangier outlets. Lots of food options. No free EV charging but they do have pay chargers by ChargePoint. Dog friendly but outdoor area isn’t great. Food in bar was good.
The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was incredible and we were talking for a bit like old friends. The breakfast was delicious.
The rooms are clean. I did have issues regulating the temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. Service at the bar/restaurant wasn't great. You have to order food from a different person than your drinks and the options are very limited. Service over the weekend was slow. The bar tender kept disappearing and he didn't seem too interested in serving. During breakfast, the milk ran out, I had to tell two different people before someone that spoke English understood what I was trying to say. The first person said okay and said she was getting someone but they never came. That was disappointing. Not the service I remember from an Embassy Suites.
Good breakfast with a chef that can make omelets. Rooms are nice and spacious. Happy hour from 5-7pm has snacks and 2 free drinks at the bar.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone on the front desk was personable and helpful. We will stay here again soon.
Best experience at a hotel I have ever had. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. We were there with part of our baseball team and their families. Enjoying everything from happy hour to the omelette station in the morning. If you’re looking for a hotel in Savannah, this is where you want to stay!
This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space. We really enjoyed the snacks and drinks at the daily evening reception. Check in was super easy. The staff were very friendly. It was located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. We took an Uber into Savannah and it was an easy ride.
